Box Tie
By MorTis
Now with western style bondage,
for things such as hog-ties usually he arms are tied together
with a 2 column tie at the wrist and maybe the elbows. But
ties like this put a lot of pressure on the joints, which
means the average person can only stay tied this was from
10-15mins usually. So I use what is a hojojustu version
of an arm tie, that we call a box tie. Your arms are forming
a box, and all the parts are supporting each other, and
it takes of the pressure for all the joints. So then you
can keep someone's arms tied behind there backs for hours.
I prefer to always tie a chest
harness on a person before doing this, because a chest
harness makes a great anchor put for a box tie, or Japanese
hog tie. etc.
You will need:
1 Victim
20ft or more of rope for the Box Tie
Rope for the Chest Harness or yoke.
1. Place the victims arms behind
their back. You want them to bend their elbows at 90o angles
behind their back, and have their right hand holding there
lift wrist/arm, and the left hand face there right arm and
holding there right wrist/arm depending on the flexibility.
2. Your going to tie a boola-boola
with the bight around both of their wrists together. This
doesn't have to be tight.
At this point they can just slip
their arms out sideways, but later on we will fix this.
3. Take the tails up to the upper
right arm a couple inches above the elbow. Wrap around the
elbow and then twist the rope around the band coming up
from the bools-boola.
This creates some rope fraction,
and will help you tighten it up and keep it in place. You
can tighten it up a couple inches here.
4. Then take the tails to the
other arm. If you have a chest harness, put the rope through
the chest harness, this will help keep it tightened up also.
Go to the left arm, wrap the rope around the arm a couple
inches above the elbow. Twist the rope around the band coming
down, tighten it up a couple inches.
At this point the arms should
not be able to go sideways, nothing to tight, but nothing
should be able to move much.
5. Take the tails down to the
boola-boola, pull the tails through the boola-boola, between
the boola-boola wrapping, and the wrists/arms.
6. The take the tails up to the
Chest harness again, pull the tails trough it and cinch
it up more and tie it off with a half-hitch
or square-knot.
Now when doing these, all the
parts and the arms are support each other, and none of the
weight and pressure is on the joints. So this is great for
mid-term bondage (1-4 hours is not a problem usually)
HINT:
If you do not have a chest harness and want to be able to
cinch the boola-boola up, you can make a yoke. After After
step 5, take the tails under the twist in one side, then
go up the front over a shoulder, around the back on the
neck, over the other shoulder, down the other arm pit, under
the other twist, through the boola-boola, then up the to
yoke over the back of the neck, and then cinch it up and
tie it off some where.
HINT: If
you have extra rope, experiment and try other things with
it, sometimes I try to make kool designs, or give extra
support but putting my bands around different parts of the
arms.
