Knot-less Karada / Kikkou
(body Harness)

Needed: 1 Victim with a body, 40-100 ft of rope depending on the body size, and how many diamonds are created.

A body harness take a little practice to get use to doing, and there are many styles of them also. I am going to show a Knot-less version of the body harness.

Step 1: Find the center of your rope, and create a bight.

Step 2: Place the bight from behind, splitting the ropes apart and placing the rope over the head.

Step 3: Pull the bite down between the breasts, down to the crotch, through the crotch, up between the butt cheeks to the tail bone. (See Hint 1)

Step 4: Pull the tails that are hanging down the back, through the bight at the tail bone to create a larks head. Leave the rope loose, because later on it will get allot tighter.

Step 5: Spilt the 2 tails apart and pull them each around a said of the body to the front (one going around the right hip, the other going around the left hip to the rope lay in the front.

Step 6: Now while holding a tail in each hand (if standing in front: the right tail in the left hand, the left tail in the right hand) grab the opposite rope from the frontal fall. Twist the frontal fall rope over each other to make a diamond shape.

Step 7: The pull the tails from front to back through the diamond. Keep the rope a little loose.

Step 8: Bring the tails around the sides of the body to the back fall. Grab the opposite ropes of the back fall and twist them over each other to create a diamond Pull the tails through.

Step 9: Repeat steps 7-8 as many times as needed, usually about 4 diamonds work best, but experiment to see what you like. You want to make one diamond is made right below and above the chest.

Step 10: End by creating a diamond in the back between the shoulder blades. Pull the tails through the diamond and tie a square knot to finish off the harness.

Option: To make a bar handle if you have 3ft extra rope, wrap the rope around the diamond Then pick a diamond lower in the harness, and then wrap the tails around it. Then twist the rope back up around till you run out of rope creating a handle. And tie a square knot to finish it off.

HINT: you can make a knot or a braids in the rope here around the clit so the knots will rub harder and deeper into/on the clit, giving more of a sensation.
