Nose Hooks is a form of facial bondage as well as humiliation. The hooks can be made from almost any material that have smooth edges. Metal, plastic and rubber are probably the most common. The hooks you can insert them slightly (only need like 1/4" bend) into the nose, and with a leather straps or small rope apply pressure but tying it up somewhere or into some form of harness.

By applying a little pressure up on the nose, it makes the upper lip muscles flex a tad, which makes it feel unnatural for the victim to close their mouth. It also makes the victim look like a pig! oink oink ==B)
